DEWITT - Richard E. Richard Eric DeWitt went to be with the Lord on January 24th, 2021. God gave him to us on September 2, 1969. Richard is survived by his wife, Catherine M. DeWitt of Hilton, NY. He is also survived by the family that loved and adored him, his brothers and sisters, Dale (Kathy) Scouten, Duane (Laureen) Scouten, Kevin Scouten, Robin Scouten and Denise Orsino; cousins, Skip and Tammy Jensen and his beloved Aunt Kathi Perry, other aunts and uncles, cousins and many nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Burial will be at the convenience of his family. Richard was predeceased by his grandfather, Jerry Van Horn, his father, Nelson Scouten, his mother, Marian Scouten, his stepsons, Scott M. Sidare and Louis G. Mallette and sister, Donna Smith.
