SALADIN - Phyllis F. (nee Fox) Of East Amherst, NY, June 9, 2024. Beloved wife of Daniel T. Saladin; loving mother of Karen (James) Evarts, Kevin Daniel (Sherry Jasper), Sherri Ann (Tommie) Niedermeier, Michelle (Michael) Risacher, Daniel (Melissa) Saladin and Jason Saladin; adored grandmother and great-grandmother, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend of many; daughter of the late William H. Fox and Eunice E. (Dell) (Anthony) Baranoski. No prior visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Phyllis worked at JCPenney in the Boulevard Mall starting as Christmas help. She worked her way up to Senior Merchandise Manager in the Home Department. She loved her job and made many friends. Phyllis loved flowers, cross stitch, crocheting and building dollhouses. She handcrafted the houses to perfection, along with the furniture that went inside. She had the greatest collection of miniatures and had a genuine love for her gardens and her trees. Phyllis was the greatest joy in so many lives. She enjoyed donating to Veterans organizations and the Wounded Warriors Project. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
