CLOUSER, JR. - Norman, Of Buffalo, NY, Mr. Clouser was born May 29th 1952 and passed from this world on December 27th 2020. Norman was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in Germany from 1970 to 1972. He was the very proud father of three boys Chris, Todd, and Andrew Clouser. Our father was afflicted with Schizophrenia which made nearly every aspect of his life a near constant struggle. Our father did the best he could, and for that we will always love him.
