BYRNES - Margaret Mary "Midge" (nee Hilly) Of Depew, NY, was born on June 28, 1928 and passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021, after a brief illness. Mrs. Byrnes was the loving wife of the late Raymond C. Byrnes Sr. and is survived by many nieces and nephews. The youngest of nine children, Mrs. Byrnes was raised in the upper West side of Manhattan and worked as an executive secretary for GAF in midtown Manhattan. Midge retired with her first husband, the late James Wallace, to Venice, FL, where she lived for almost 30 years and met her second husband, the late Raymond C. Byrnes Sr., before relocating to the Buffalo area. Mrs. Byrnes was very active at the church of Saint Philip the Apostle in Cheektowaga.
