Lisa Rae Anderson, 44, passed away unexpectedly on April 23, 2026.

A longtime resident of the Buffalo, NY area, Lisa was born on April 6, 1982. She was the beloved daughter of Richard Anderson and Doreen Susan (Ernle) Anderson. To those who knew her, Lisa wasn't just "full of life"—she was the life of the room. She had an infectious sense of humor and a mischievous spirit. She loved to joke around, and you always knew exactly when she entered a room—the energy instantly became brighter and funnier.

Lisa was the devoted partner of Kevin Hurd, and she shared a special, loving bond with his children, Jessy, Josásha, and Emilee.

As a sister to Jenny (Aaron) Zeisz, Heather (Jimmy) Fiorentino, and Ricky Anderson, she was someone you could always count on for a laugh. She was the self-proclaimed "favorite aunt" to Emily, Ashley, Rylee, Aubrey, and Jaxson, who will forever cherish memories of her humor and her affectionate, one-of-a-kind nature.

Lisa is also survived by a large circle of aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever treasure her laughter and the vibrant light she brought into their lives. Her sudden passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family that can never be filled, but her legacy of love and laughter will live on in all of us.
