Hoffman, Wendy Hoffman Merecki and the late Kristin Hoffman Jelley; also survived by grandchildren; brother of the late Theresa (Walter) Urbanczyk and Joseph (Diane) Krzanak; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Mr. Hoffman was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
