HAWLEY - James R. Passed away on August 17, 2023 at the age of 72. His years-long battle with cancer showed his courage in facing life with a smile. Despite the battles, he stayed strong to the end and his loving heart left a bright light for all his family to follow. James was the son of the late Donald and Joyce (Zittel) Hawley and was survived by his lifelong companion and best friend Jan Hawley. He was a loving father to his two sons David and Jason (Heather) Hawley and the proudest grandfather of Zachary James Hawley. Stepfather to Joanna Ginnick. He also leaves behind his siblings Donald (Joyce) Hawley, Ronald (Patty) Hawley, Russell (Lynn) Hawley and Karen Pratt. The family will hold a service at a later time.
