SIKORSKI - Francis B. Of Cheektowaga, NY, passed away peacefully at home November 8, 2024. Beloved husband of 68 years to Dorothy H. (Tobe) Sikorski; loving son of the late Frank and Emily (Piotrowski) Sikorski; brother of Robert (Carol) Sikorski; also survived by nieces and nephews. He was especially close to his nephews Robert and Michael Sikorski and loved them dearly. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Forest Lawn Cemetery (Rosewood Mausoleum), 1411 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY (please assemble at the Delaware Ave. gate), Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 11 AM. Frank grew up in Buffalo's Black Rock section. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps; married and moved to Buffalo's Riverside section for 57 years. He worked at the Tonawanda Chevy plant for 40 years. Frank was a long-time Bills fan and avid bowler since his teenage job pin-sticking in the Assumption Church basement. He was a fun-loving person who will be very much missed.
