VACANTI - Darlene "Dar" Of Buffalo, NY peacefully passed away after a short battle with cancer and is now reunited with her daughter, Nichole Vacanti and brother, Joseph Vacanti on February 17th, 2024 at age 61. Darlene is survived by Mother, Virginia (Harry) Bickhart (Woodcock) of Fredonia; Father, Joseph Vacanti of Westfield; Daughter, Shanna Vacanti of Lakewood; and several Siblings, Russell Vacanti of Jamestown, Mary (Joseph) Lynch Jr. of Kennedy, Steven Vacanti of Lewisburg NC, and James Vacanti of Springvale ME; and one grandchild, Brock Eppinger. Darlene enjoyed Classic Rock Motorcycles and spending time with friends. She has a smile and laugh that could light up a room. Most of all she enjoyed her independence and freedom and took every opportunity to show it off.
